How we made Misaki's Kitchen
From start to finish.
OpenAI
We used OpenAI to integrate a 'ChatCompletion' API to create a chatbot that responds accordingly to the user. By using the code word "recipe", the bot responds with ingredients and instructions for any recipe the user requests. However, when it is not a recipe, the bot is able to converse normally. Additionally, we used the 'Image' API to generate the character appropriate for the text.
Python
We coded the entire project in Python. Since the project deals with multiple Artificial Intelligence implementations, we decided that the best approach would be to structure the codebase using a modular design.
